Today we watched Trevor Nunn's Twelfth Night and discussed the movie. Things to know:
You will read Act III and have a thought exercise due on WEDNESDAY. You will need 5 quotes. You should DOUBLE SPACE IT and use MLA format always. Please read your outside reading book for homework.

Quiz on Act II, scenes i, ii, iii.
Finish Act II.
Write about Fate or Freewill
Define “fate” and “destiny.” Is there a difference between them? Do you believe in fate, destiny, freewill, all, some of each, or none? If so, what do you think you’re fated to do? Explain how they intermingle, or elaborate about how freewill defies or precludes the existence of fate and destiny? If you do not believe in fate or destiny, what controls or influences your future and in what way? What is beyond your control? Is that fate or merely circumstance?

Shakespeare & the Globe Quiz
There is a new calendar available my website HERE.
Today, we took a quiz on Shakespeare and the Globe. The quiz was based on the video from A&E. The Globe information was taken from The Friendly Shakespeare and an old article on Sam Wanamaker. All information is in the attachments on the bottom of this page.
We will have a quiz on the handout given in class called "Yikes!" We'll also start reading Twelfth Night in class next time. Come ready for some comedy.
